Still have questions? Contact us →Viva IdeaPad is a platform where contributors submit original ideas for published opportunities. Strong submissions can be reviewed, recognized, and rewarded. It is owned and operated by Vivasoft Limited.
Anyone who can create a contributor account. After you sign up, you submit an onboarding idea; once an admin approves your application, you can sign in and use the contributor workspace.
Sign up with email and password, or continue with Google. You’ll receive a verification / onboarding link, pick an onboarding topic, write your idea, and submit it for review.
New accounts stay in review until an admin approves your onboarding application. You’ll get an email when you’re approved (or if you’re rejected / asked for more information).
Admins review it. They may approve, reject, or request more information. You’ll be notified by email and in-app where available.
After approval, open Opportunities, choose a live topic, and submit your idea before the close date shown on that opportunity.
Yes, you can submit to different opportunities (and more than one idea where the opportunity allows). Each submission is reviewed on its own.
Admins review for quality, originality, and fit with the brief. Outcomes can include approved, rejected, or changes requested.
Approved work may earn rewards according to the opportunity rules. Payouts use the payment method you set in your profile (for example bKash). Timing and amounts depend on review and payout processing.
Submissions stay private during review so judging stays fair. Public surfaces (like leaderboards) may show display names and scores where the product is designed to do so.
You keep ownership of your ideas. By submitting, you grant Vivasoft Limited a license to host, review, and use the content as needed to run Viva IdeaPad. See the Terms of Use for details.
No. You can use email/password or Google. Both paths go through the same onboarding and approval flow for new contributors.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We’ll email a reset link (valid for a limited time). Google-only accounts without a password won’t get a password reset.
